Cancellation Policy I understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation process, I have established the following Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice and fees: To ensure fairness for all clients and to cover the costs associated with last-minute cancellations, I have implemented a cancellation notice period. I require 24-hour notice in case of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel after the 24-hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No-show fee: When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it affects my ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you expect from me. Therefore, I have implemented a no-show fee of 50% of that service. Emergency situation: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Cancellation and no show fees will be charged to the card on file with me. If there is no card on file you will be required to pay that fee before being able to schedule again. How to reschedule or cancel: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.
